- Help customers over the line – nudging not pushing though
- Improve your negotiation skills – small steps and use the magic phrase ‘if you then I’
- Look at your offerings and see how they can be made to look more appealing
- Organise reviews with your current customers to check how they are using your product or service
- Keep adding to your knowledge – be the recognised authority in your sector
- Prepare and practice more when you get a sales pitch or demo opportunity
