  1. Make it easy for your customers to buy – check your buying process and identify and remove any barriers to sales
  2. Help customers over the line – nudging not pushing though
  3. Improve your negotiation skills – small steps and use the magic phrase ‘if you then I’
  4. Look at your offerings and see how they can be made to look more appealing
  5. Organise reviews with your current customers to check how they are using your product or service
  6. Keep adding to your knowledge – be the recognised authority in your sector
  7. Prepare and practice more when you get a sales pitch or demo opportunity
