Session One: Two weeks before your sales pitch – you’ve created the pitch and sent it to me in advance – we’ll go through it to check the content, structure, flow and timing and confirm the outcome you are seeking.
Session Two: You’ve made the tweaks we agreed during session one to the content, stucture and flow so in this session its about practising your delivery, getting the flow right – ideally still a week to go.
Session Three: A couple of days before the pitch – you deliver to me as though I am your audience – so a full dress rehearsal including introduction, timed delivery and Q&A session (if your pitch has one).
Each of the three sessions will be up to 60 minutes on Zoom – the length of time per session depends on how much time you need / have available.
Much of our focus will be on your audience and what they are expecting from your pitch and the desired outcome you are seeking from the pitch.
My role is to challenge you to deliver a better, more effective sales pitch, thus increasing your chances of success.
I’ll be looking at your content, structure, flow, use of slides, timing, presence, use of voice, audience interaction and how to manage any Q&A.

Yes. Your investment is based on achieving an outcome and I don’t measure that by time.

What if its a team led sales pitch?
That’s fine. I do though always advise that if more than one person is involved in delivering the sales pitch then we need to ensure we have enough time to get it right. Team sales pitches usually need a bit more practice.
