What will this session cover? 
I’ll show you how to spot and create opportunities through a combination of observation, questions, summarising and gaining ‘mini-commitments’ and turn them into orders.

Anyone who interacts with customers – not just ‘salespeople’ but anyone who could be in a position to spot an opportunity. 

Is the session interactive? 
Yes it is but there is no ‘role play’ or stuff like that. Depending on numbers interaction comes via on the go questions, polls, Q&A, Chat etc…
