Simply by focusing on being just that and being prepared to recognise that to achieve that status you are likely to need to prepare differently and practice more. 

Who should attend? 
Anyone on your team who lacks a bit, or event a lot, of confidence to deliver a presentation whether that’s in-person or virtually. 

Is the session interactive? 
Yes it is but there is no ‘role play’ or stuff like that. Depending on numbers interaction comes via on the go questions, polls, Q&A, Chat etc…
