Get Real Get Connected Get Help – several years ago I was fortunate to spend sometime at the Ashridge Business School in the UK on a couple of leadership programmes. Those three short phrases – Get Real, Get Connected, Get Help were the key takeaways for me and recently I was working with someone and we looked at how they could best utilise and implement all three:
- Get Real
- Get Connected
- Get Help
In this episode I’ll be challenging listeners to see where they are with those three phrases for themselves and their business. We need to be realistic about the situation we are in, it is probably more important than ever to make and maintain connections and if we are going to go forward we need to make sure that we bring in some help, particularly in those areas of our businesses that do need some expert input.
