Agile Sales Transformation with Anthony Coppedge
Anthony Coppedge leads the Agile Sales Transformation for all of IBM’s Digital Sales worldwide. He describes what he does as : ‘Most of my brainpower is spent teaching leaders, managers, and teams how to manage the tension between planned and unplanned work so that they can deliver value faster and at scale.’
In this episode of the ‘Better Presentations More Sales’ Anthony shares his knowledge and experiences of agile transformation to helplessness understand the benefits, particularly to customers, of following this route.

Relentlessly eliminating loan value processes and activities before you start the transformation and ultimately scaling programme and at the same time ask yourselves do we have clarity over what we are offering so do customers understand what’s in it for them when they work with us and likewise to our colleagues understand what’s in it for them when they work with us?
Anthony also offers some thoughts around sales leadership suggesting that leadership has two key goals and they are to remove obstacles that getting away of sales teams and ultimately to help sales teams and therefore salespeople succeed in achieving their goals.
